Plaintiff, C. R. Currie, an individual doing business under the firm name of Pacific Heating and Sheet Metal Company, appeals from a judgment in favor of defendants, a copartnership, doing business under the firm name of Empire Electrical and Mechanical Company, entered after trial limited to the issue of whether plaintiff was a duly and regularly licensed contractor under the laws of the State of California.
