— Appellant brought this action in the superior court of Chehalis county to enjoin respondent, as sheriff of said county, from selling the personal property of appellant under execution. The complaint shows that the judgment was obtained before a justice of the peace in Skagit county, that it was certified by said justice to the superior court of Skagit county, and that the execution under which respondent assumes to act was issued out of said superior court.
