{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Queen City Lodge No. 69, Fraternal Order of Police (“FOP”), appeals from the order of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas granting the motion of plaintiff-appellee, the city of Cincinnati, to vacate an arbitrator’s decision modifying the dismissal of the grievant, Police Officer Patrick Catón, to a 40-hour suspension.
