OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, Dr. Robert H. Buchholz, appeals from a decision entered by the Butler County Court of Common Pleas confirming an arbitration award.1 We affirm the decision of the common pleas court.

{¶ 2} Appellant filed a complaint against appellees, West Chester Dental Group, Inc. ("WCDG") and Dr. Edward W. Maag, on March 3, 2004, alleging breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, and intentional interference with contractual relationships.
