MEMORANDUM OPINION
LAMBERTH, District Judge.
This matter comes before the court on defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment pursuant to rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, plaintiffs opposition thereto, and defendants’ reply. Plaintiff Alton Coleman seeks release of numerous documents by the defendants United States Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552.
