Presently before the Court is defendants’ motion for summary judgment fully heard and submitted on June 25, 1998, in this employment discrimination suit brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”), and the New York Human Rights Law, N.Y. Executive Law §§ 296 et seq. (“NYHRL”).
