OPINION

KIRSCH, Chief Judge.

Delphi Corporation f/k/a Delphi Automotive Systems Corporation ("Del-pht") appeals the trial court's refusal to set aside a default judgment entered against it in favor of Eva Orlik,. Specifically, Delphi claims that the trial court abused its discretion when it refused to set aside the default judgment because Delphi had established both excusable neglect and misconduct by the opposing party.1

We affirm.
