This is an appeal from a judgment in behalf of defendant in an action brought by plaintiff for cancellation of a contract on the grounds of fraud in the procurement and lack of consideration.

Samuel Maddaford and Nellie Madda-ford were married in 1898. There was no issue of this marriage, although Samuel Maddaford had one daughter, Goldie Grabel, the defendant herein, by a previous marriage. During the years of their marriage these parties acquired property consisting of a homestead in Tulsa, Okla.; certificates of building and loan stock in Tulsa, Okla., held in joint tenancy with right of…
