CAMPOS, District Judge:
This appeal requires us to determine whether the Equal Employment Opportunity Act (42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2000e-17) requires a plaintiff to file a charge of discrimination with a state agency within state imposed time limitations as a jurisdictional prerequisite to the extended federal filing period for deferral states. Appellant appeals from an order of the district court which dismissed her case.
