Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, Inc. ("Saint Alphonsus") appeals summary judgment entered in favor of Ada County Sheriff, Gary Raney, in his official capacity; Ada County; and the Board of Ada County Commissioners, (collectively, "Ada County").
