Defendant-appellant, Linda Wooten, appeals from an eviction order rendered by the Clark County Municipal Court. Plaintiff-appellee, Gorsuch Homes, Inc., d.b.a. Villa Park, Ltd., is the owner of the apartment complex, Villa Park, where Wooten is a tenant under Section 8 federally subsidized housing.
