Bradley Rohrbaugh, appellant/plaintiff below (hereinafter referred to as “Mr. Rohr-baugh”), appeals an order entered by the Circuit Court of Harrison County denying his motion for a new trial. Mr. Rohrbaugh filed an action against Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., appellee/defendant below (hereinafter referred to as “Wal-Mart”), 1 alleging invasion of privacy, disability discrimination and workers’ compensation discrimination.
