NORDBYE, District Judge.
On April 18, 1946, this Court filed findings of fact and conclusions of law in this case. It awarded plaintiff a specified amount upon its two causes of action and ■ also awarded defendant a specified amount on its counterclaim. When the Clerk taxed costs, he disallowed plaintiff’s request for $312.02 as stenographic fees it paid a reporter for taking discovery depositions before trial and for transcribing those depositions.
