Southland Lloyd’s Insurance Company and James Webb, III appeal the judgment entered in a suit by Charles M. Tomberlain for delayed payment of an insurance claim. Southland and Webb also appeal the judgments entered on their counterclaim against Charles M. (Chuck) Tomberlain, and on their third-party claim against Charles W. Tom-berlain, d/b/a Charles Tomberlain Insurance Agency, for breach of contract and fiduciary duty.
