On August 22, 2005, we issued a memorandum opinion dismissing this case for lack of jurisdiction. See City of Weslaco v. Borne, No. 13-05-126-CV, 2005 WL 2000842, 2005 Tex.App. LEXIS 6783 (Corpus Christi, August 22, 2005, no pet. h.). Appellees filed a motion for rehearing on September 6, 2005.
