MEMORANDUM
ANITA B. BRODY, District Judge.
Before me is (1) an appeal from the Bankruptcy Court’s order of July 21, 1999 converting the Appellant Camden Ordnance Manufacturing Co. of Arkansas, Inc.’s (“Camden”) voluntary Chapter 11 case to a Chapter 7 case; (2) Camden’s motion to withdraw the reference pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(d); and (3) Camden’s motion to strike the brief of Israel Military Industries, Ltd. (“IMI”). I will affirm the bankruptcy court’s ruling, deny Camden’s motion to withdraw the reference and deny Camden’s motion to strike the brief of IMI.
