MEYER, Justice.

The defendant brings forward assignments of error in which he contends: (1) his right to be free from double jeopardy was violated by the trial court’s entry of judgments against him for both burglary and felony breaking or entering; (2) the trial court found factors in aggravation of his sentence which were not sup ported by the evidence; and (3) the trial court erred in failing to find as a statutory mitigating circumstance that he voluntarily acknowledged wrongdoing at an early stage of the criminal process.
