I. Introduction

A jury found appellant, Thomas A. Cantrell (“Cantrell”), guilty of the unlawful carrying of a handgun, and the trial judge sentenced him to (1) ninety days in jail probated for one year, (2) eighty hours of community service, and (3) a $500.00 fine.
