Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Hummel, J.), entered December 8, 2005 in Rensselaer County, which granted plaintiffs motion to compel compliance with a stipulation of settlement.

In June 1999, the parties entered into a real estate development contract whereby defendants agreed to subdivide a parcel of land into approximately 30 building lots that would then be sold to plaintiff for the construction of single-family residences.
