Appellant Armando Vesprini challenges various summary judgment rulings which led to the dismissal of his age-discrimina tion, breach-of-contract, and constructive-discharge claims against his former employers, Shaw Contract Flooring Services, Inc. (“SCFSI”) and Shaw Industries, Inc. (“Shaw”).
