This is a criminal prosecution in which the defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor on an information charging unlawful possession of liquor. Judgment was entered November 1, 1923. Onvthe same day an appeal was granted, and defendant filed an appeal bond. Tbis was during tbe October term of tbe Circuit Court of Marion county, and defendant was given time to file bill of exceptions during tbe following (February) term of that court.
