FLAUM, Circuit Judge.

Defendants-Appellants, Dan Slaughter and Kelly Rollins, were convicted of distributing cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1); traveling in interstate commerce with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1952(a)(3); and conspiracy to possess and distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. Slaughter was also convicted of four additional counts of unlawfully using a communication facility to further the distribution of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 843(b).
