This is a petition to rehear this case, decided at September Term, 1894, of this Court, and published in 115 N.C. 602. The defendant is a corporation under the laws of this State, running and operating its road between the towns of Washington and Jamesville, transporting both freight and passengers as a common carrier for pay.
