OPINION
HILLMAN, District Judge:
In this action, Plaintiff, Richard Snyder, contends that his former employer, Defendant Dietz & Watson, and its president and vice president, Defendants Louis and Christopher Eni, wrongfully withheld money from Plaintiff’s wages, used such money for their own benefit, and retaliated against Plaintiff by terminating his employment when he complained of the alleged wage violations. Presently before the Court is Defendants’ motion to dismiss Plaintiffs amended complaint pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) on the ground that Plaintiff failed to follow the grievance…
