MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
ROGERS, District Judge.
This bankruptcy has a long and tortured history. During the course of the proceedings, the debtors have had nine different attorneys represent them. Various aspects of the bankruptcy have been considered by three bankruptcy judges in the district and three district court judges. The bankruptcy is presently before this court upon an appeal arising from an adversary proceeding.
