MEMORANDUM ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT’S RULE 37 MOTION

This matter is before the Court on the motion filed by the defendant, Jack Steven Spears, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 37, which is made applicable to this adversary proceeding by Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7037, seeking sanctions for the failure of the plaintiff, Wayne Brown, to answer interrogatory questions (the “Motion”).
