OPINION
BUSH, Judge.
Plaintiff, Richard H. Seeney, brings this negligence action against the defendants, Dover Country Club Apartments, Inc. (“Dover, Inc.”), and Edward H. Richardson Associates, Inc. (“Richardson”), for personal injuries sustained in a work-related accident. The accident in question occurred on October 3, 1969, when the walls of an excavation ditch in which plaintiff was working collapsed on him.
