SAM GRIFFITH, Justice.

EOG Resources, Inc. and EOG Resources Acquisitions, L.P. ffk/a Enron Oil & Gas Company, Inc. (“EOG”) bring this interlocutory appeal from a class certification order in which the trial court certified a class premised upon breaches of express and implied covenants in oil and gas leases held by the approximately 300 members of the purported class. We reverse and remand for decertification.
