Defendant, Larry Douglas Rodgers, appeals his conviction by a jury of the offense of robbery armed.1 The offense occurred on March 7, 1969, at approximately 8:40 p.m. in the City of Ecorse, Michigan.
The victim testified that while he was driving his automobile it was bumped from behind by another vehicle. The complainant observed that the car which struck him had no lights on and he immediately pulled to the curb. The other car pulled *215parallel to complainant’s car.
