This case comes to us upon leave granted. The defendant was found guilty of murder in the second degree.
The principal witness for the State was Joyce Dancer. She had been living with the defendant in a hotel in the city of Detroit for a period of some 18 months. Shortly after leaving him she moved into another hotel with the deceased, David Mack. That evening defendant came to the door, obtained admittance, and engaged in an altercation with the deceased.
