Plaintiff appeals as of right from a verdict of no cause of action in her malpractice action against Foote Hospital.

On August 6, 1973, plaintiff commenced this action by filing a complaint against the hospital, Dr. Richard Ries, and Dr. Richard Deming. The complaint alleged separate acts of negligence on the part of each defendant in connection with plaintiffs birth, which resulted in her being permanently paralyzed.
