• MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
ALLEN SHARP, District Judge.
This is an action brought pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g), for a review of a final decision of the United States Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare that the plaintiff was not entitled to a period of disability or to disability insurance benefits under Sections 216 (i) and 223(d)(1), 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 416 (i)(l) and 423(d)(1).
The plaintiff filed his application for disability benefits on December 9, 1971, wherein he claims that he became unable to work commencing September 18, 1971. His…
