Jane Doe appeals from the disclosure provisions of a protective order entered in her medical malpractice case against Richard Roe, M.D.
During trial, Doe's counsel notified the trial court that Doe had tested positive for the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), which causes acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). See sec. 146.025(l)(b), Stats. Doe is not presently suffering from AIDS. How ever, her positive HIV test result indicates that she may acquire AIDS in the future.
