Pending before the Court is defendants’ motion for sanctions in which defendants request that the Court disqualify plaintiff’s counsel, Mr. David Lopez, from participating in this lawsuit. Briefly stated, defendants assert that they have been prejudiced by conferences had between defendant Miller and Mr. Lopez in which matters pertaining to this cause of action were discussed without informing or receiving the consent of defense counsel.
