SPEER, District Judge.

The case before the court is an application for an injunction and the appointment of a receiver. The complainants are a number of corporations of several states holding claims against the Electric Supply Company of Savannah. They filed their petition for the adjudication of the latter company as a bankrupt on the 17th day of June, this year, and the act of bankruptcy they allege is “that within four months preceding the filing of this petition, viz., on the 20th day of February, A.
