The issues of this appeal revolve about a “Non-Disclosure Agreement” of the parties which provided that for a period of two years after the termination of the defendant’s employment with the plaintiff, he would not render services to any “conflicting organization” within a certain geographical area and would not disclose “confidential information.”1 The *69defendant left his employment with the plaintiff and the plaintiff sought injunctive relief to enforce the agreement by preventing him from working for and from disclosing alleged confidential information to a second employer.
