¶1 Following a jury trial in King County Superior Court, Anthony Williams was convicted of burglary in the first degree. Williams appeals from the judgment entered on the verdict, contending that the trial court erred by admitting into evidence the recording of a 911 call by a nontestifying witness; incorrectly instructing the jury as to the elements of accomplice liability; and not instructing the jury that in order to find Williams guilty of the charged crime, it must unanimously agree as to which of two alleged victims he assaulted.
