CLARK, Presiding Judge.
This is a suit by respondents for breach of a contract to provide real estate construction loan financing. A jury awarded respondents verdicts against appellant, W.L. Brady Investments, Inc., and co-defendant Capitol Life Insurance Company in amounts totaling $166,600.00. After judgment, respondents settled with Capitol and Brady appeals. The issues Brady presents charge trial error in the exclusion of certain evidence tendered by Brady, the content of jury instructions, the submissibility of the claim for punitive damages, and the amount of the verdicts.
