The respondent Hamburg-Amerikanische Packetfahrt Actien Gesellschaft objects tq answering certain interrogatories attached to the libel, “upon the ground that for the respondent to answer, any of such interrogatories might tend to incriminate it.” It appears that the respondent is now under indictment in the District Court for the Southern District of New York charged with conspiracy in connection with the very matters concerning which the libelant seeks to obtain information from the respondent under the interrogatories mentioned.
