[1] This is an appeal and cross-appeal from a decision of the Patent Office in a consolidated interference oí three related interferences covering nine applications, and has to do with an apparatus and process for sintering ores. Thirty claims are involved: The three tribunals of the Patent Office united in awarding to Dwight all the claims, excepting 8, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 26, 27, and 28.
