Ennis, who were husband and wife, against James L. and Fannie J. Ridley, also husband and wife; and sought, principally, the specific performance of a contract, made and entered into by the parties on'the 19th December, 1872, for an exchange of lands.

Mrs. Ennis and Mrs. Ridley, married women, with the concurrence and co-operation of their respective husbands, entered into an agreement of exchange of certain lands, but no titles were made. The lands Mrs. Ridley proposed to part with were, according to the averments of the bill, her statutory separate estate, and we are not informed she had any other estate. It is difficult to classify the lands Mrs. Ennis proposed to convey.
