OPINION

FONES, Justice.

The sole issue in this workers’ compensation appeal is whether the evidence preponderates against the finding of the trial court that Johnnie Alice Newman sustained an eighty percent permanent partial disabil ity to the body as a whole. We modify the lower court’s judgment because the preponderance of the evidence shows that the plaintiff suffered a fifty percent permanent partial disability to the body as a whole.
