Action on an accident insurance policy, brought by the assignee of the named beneficiary. ‘ Verdict and judgment went for the plaintiff for $9,957.50 and the defendant appealed. The decisive question is whether the conditional delivery of the policy remained conditional or whether it1 afterward became absolute.
