KEITH, Circuit Judge.
This case is before us on a petition for review and cross petition for enforcement of an order of the National Labor Relations Board. The Board found that the employer in this case violated Section 8(a) of the National Labor Relations Act 1 by refusing to recognize and bargain with the Union as the duly certified representative of its employees. The Board’s decision and order is reported at 243 N.L.R.B. No. 35.
