I. INTRODUCTION
Greenstar, LLC and Greenstar Allentown, LLC fik/a Penn Acquisition Sub, LLC (“Greenstar Allentown”) (collectively, “Greenstar”) filed this action on August 31, 2010 against Todd A. Heller (“Mr. Heller”) and Todd Heller, Inc. (“THI”) (collectively, “Heller”) for allegedly failing to disclose information in connection with the sale of a Northampton, Pennsylvania recycling business (“the Facility”).
