MEMORANDUM OPINION

DONALD R. CASSLING, Bankruptcy Judge.

In this case, two Illinois judgment lien creditors are competing for priority as to the Debtor’s personal assets. As of the date of filing the Debtor’s bankruptcy petition, both creditors held valid judgment liens arising from Illinois citations to discover assets.1 After the bankruptcy case was filed, the senior lien-holder, Vermeer-Ulinois, Inc.
