Appeal by the People from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Lodato, J.), dated August 2, 1983, which granted that branch of defendant’s motion which sought dismissal of the indictment on the ground that he was denied a speedy trial (CPL 30.30).
Order reversed, on the law, the aforementioned branch of defendant’s motion denied, indictment reinstated, and matter remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, for further proceedings.
