Before the Court are two motions for summary judgment. Plaintiffs Ronald and April Holbrook (“Plaintiffs”) have sued Fidelity National Property and Casualty Insurance Company (“Fidelity”), seeking reformation of their Standard Flood Insurance Policy (“SFIP”) that was in effect during Hurricane Katrina. They have also filed breach of fiduciary duty claims against Defendant Club Insurance Agency, Inc. (“AAA”).
