Plaintiff-Appellant Brian Anthony Martinez (“Martinez”) appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Furman, /.), dismissing his complaint for improper venue under Rule 12(b)(3) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
