The Office of Disciplinary Counsel petitioned this court to issue a contempt citation to the respondent to show cause why he should not be held in contempt of this court for violating our previous order disbarring him effective February 10, 1992. See People v. Koransky, 824 P.2d 819 (Colo.1992). On October 22, 1992, we issued an order and a citation to the respondent to show cause why he should not be held in contempt.
